Event Spaces
Grande Ballroom
Feelings of grandeur, elegance and style emerge from first impressions of the historic Grande Ballroom. Complete with luxurious finishings and magnificent windows, the ballroom accommodates 215 guests and features 17′ ceilings with chandeliers. When combined with the Fleur de Lis, the space can host up to 350 guests comfortably.
The Grande Ballroom is also adjacent to The Atrium, a pre-function space that is ideal for exhibits, breakout sessions, or even silent auctions.
Fleur De Lis
Adjacent to the Grande Ballroom and Atrium, the Fleur de Lis features grand windows overlooking historic Main Street and accommodates up to 150 in a banquet setting.
Perfect on its own or in combination with the Grande Ballroom, the Fleur de Lis offers unique furnishings and is fit for unique and intimate receptions.
Julien I & Julien II
Perfectly suitable for breakouts, luncheons and smaller meetings, Julien I and Julien II are located on the second floor. When combined, the rooms can accommodate up to 90 guests in 1,400 square feet of space.
Louis Pfhol Boardroom
Making a grand impression, the Louis Pfohl boardroom features a beautiful mahogany conference table and plush leather chairs. Seating up to 12 people, the boardroom offers built-in a/v equipment and a large window allowing for plenty of natural light.
River Room & River Terrace
Adjacent to the Riverboat Lounge, the River Room offers a unique and modern setting and is suitable for events up to 120 guests.
The River Room is also connected to the River Terrace, an outdoor patio space overlooking the Mississippi River and makes for wonderful outdoor gatherings and events.
Harbor Gallery
Providing the rare combination of spaciousness in an intimate setting, the Harbor Gallery is located on the lobby level and is an exclusive venue for gatherings up to 150.

- The first is located directly across from our Main Street entrance.
- The remaining two are located behind the hotel, with a handicap-accessible entrance on the lower level.
Can I bring in my own decorations?
- Glitter and confetti are not permitted.
- Nothing may be attached to or suspended from ceilings, walls, or fixtures.
What happens if more people attend than expected?
- A $200 fee applies for any additional setup on the day of the event.
- We will make every effort to accommodate additional guests, but we cannot guarantee the same menu selections, and service may be delayed.
